The Space:

Our 1BR apartment offers a luxurious king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful balcony on the 5th floor. The building boasts top-notch amenities including a gym, 24/7 security, four rooftop pools, and a bar. Conveniently located, you'll find 7-Eleven, OXXO, and Selecto Chedraui supermarkets just a short walk away. Enjoy a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, all within close proximity to the beach.



TV in the living room has cable TV service. TV in the bedroom is a Roku smart tv. Feel free to use your credentials and navigate your favorite apps.



Guest Access:

The access to the apartment is thru an electronic lock so there's no need to carry keys around. We'll provide parking garage RF card if needed to access the parking downstairs. To hand off the card, we'll request a deposit which will be refunded upon checkout once the card is returned.



The Neighborhood:

To get to the beach it's only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you'll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!



Getting Around:

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.



Other Things to Note:

To improve your arrival experience, we offer a free welcome kit that includes toilet paper (2), trash bags for the bins, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items will not be replenished and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.



We provide salt, oil and pepper on request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee (same applies for full maid service). Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. Just let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality bedding and towels, so take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



Laundry detergent is not included. For your convenience, detergent pods are available upon request and can be ordered at least 24 hours in advance for USD 5 per pack (3 pods).



Travel crib available: prior request required



We offer travel cots for 15USD per stay, including mattress, linens and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please be sure to receive our confirmation after the request is made. Contact us in advance to ensure a crib for your little one.
