The Space:

Step into our tranquil studio in Playa del Carmen, a haven perched on the 3rd floor with mesmerizing sea views right from the balcony. Nestled just 2 blocks from the beach and a stone's throw from 5th Avenue, the heart of local life is at your doorstep. For your comfort, the studio boasts modern amenities: Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer), bathroom, hairdryer, and an iron. Dive into the building's rooftop pool, boasting unparalleled ocean vistas, open until 10 pm. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and on-site parking (subject to availability). Your Caribbean dream awaits.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all common areas. Elevator, Garage, rooftop pool, and Gym.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very safe. We're less than a block away from the 5th Ave, where everyone is always while in Playa. Lots of markets, cafes, restaurants and much more to do.



Getting Around:

3 min walk to the Hilton beach & a 10 min walk to the happening Mamitas party beach. Practically on the corner of the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta), with plenty of bars and restaurants around to enjoy nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.

We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.



For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove your makeup to avoid additional charges.



For bookings of 28 days or more, electricity is charged separately. We warmly welcome our guests with a starter kit that includes bottled water, 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, sugar, sweetener, cream substitute, soap, shampoo, a sponge, and dish soap. Should guests require additional supplies, they should be procured on their own. Upon request, and to ensure unused supplies, we can also provide salt, oil, and pepper; please make sure to request these before 5 PM.



Cleaning during your stay is not included, but can be arranged for an additional fee, just as sheet and towel changes. The apartment is furnished with 2 bath towels, 2 pool towels, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel, and 1 bath mat. We do not offer extra towels.



For those traveling with little ones, we have a pack and play available. However, it's subject to availability and should be reserved in advance.



Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required



We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.

We’re available 24/7 for emergencies. Our guest support team is online and happy to help via message daily from 9:00 AM to midnight. After midnight, please reach out only in case of urgent matters or emergencies — we’ll be here if you need us!
