Speaking of the big game, cheer on your team from the comfortable sectional and big screen TV!
The Space:
Enjoy this brand new construction home! Construction finished in January 2026, so be one of the first people to enjoy the home that mixes New Orleans architecture with modern comfort! Enjoy soaring ceilings in the great room. A comfortable sectional, smart big screen TV beckons you in as a welcome!
The kitchen is generously stocked with all the equipment needed to cook simple meals. Utilize a large island for meal prep or gather to keep the chefs in the group company while they whip up their culinary masterpiece! Make use of the full-sized, stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove/ oven, French door fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other essential small appliances. Dishware and cooking ware are stocked for your convenience. A solid-wood dining table is yours to gather around for family meals or game nights. Enjoy the selection of board games and record player/Bluetooth speaker for added fun!
Each bedroom features plush bedding and comfortable memory foam mattresses. All rooms feature King-sized mattresses, so no need to fight over the big bed! Two rooms have ensuite attached bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom directly across the hall. All rooms have a smart TV, a closet, a dresser, end tables, ceiling fans, lamps, blackout curtains, and light-filtering curtains for your convenience!
Two bathrooms are standard 3-piece baths with tub/shower combos, vanity, and toilet. The primary bathroom features a double vanity, toilet, standing shower, and gorgeous stand-alone soaker tub. The soaker tub invites you to relax and recharge after a long day of exploring all the amazing things to do in New Orleans, or throw all of the kids in the tub at once to make bathtime easy! All bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper.
A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your private use.

You will have the entire unit to yourself! Please note the unit is on the second floor of the duplex. There is no elevator located in the home. All people and luggage must go up one flight of stairs to enter the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Come experience the Historic Central City Neighborhood! Central City is a diverse neighborhood that is rich with history and is convenient to Uptown, Downtown, and the Garden District. You are a 5-minute walk to St. Charles Avenue, where you can take the St Charles Street car that will take you to the French Quarter, and you are 7/10 of a mile to Magazine Street. It is a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride to The French Quarter.
Getting Around:
If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. This location is perfect for exploring the city by foot or hop on the St. Charles streetcar just three blocks away. Biking is also a wonderful way to get around, and the city has many bike rental companies.
