There's easy access to public transportation, with bus stops just a few blocks away and the Canal Streetcar line just one block south, making exploration effortless!
Our home is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of style and comfort, promising an unforgettable New Orleans experience. It's perfect for those who seek the beauty of modern design and the convenience of a central location.

- This home utilizes a noise monitoring device as required by law, it only registers decibel levels and does not record any audio, nor does it have the ability to do so
- The home also has exterior security cameras that are active at all times and record both audio and video. These are for your safety and for our own security needs. They do not record or point towards any interior spaces.
**Please note*** this unit is the entire upstairs of the home and there is a small flight of stairs from the street to the entry and then a full flight of stairs up to the unit. There are long-term renters downstairs. There is also no parking included with this stay. Guests must use the free street parking in the area.

North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood thatâs perfected the art of living. Itâs the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the historic streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-Cityâs dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a poâ boy shop or two â or 17 â with a snoball shop and a micro brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. Who wouldnât want to visit?
The street runs from the historic "Cities of the Dead" above-ground cemeteries to the Mississippi River, where a ferry ride takes you over to historic Algiers Point. Today Canal Street is served along its entire length by a newly restored streetcar system that makes frequent stops near major downtown hotels and at all key cross streets. You can also hop aboard the St. Charles line at Canal Street and ride that famed route Uptown past dozens of antebellum mansions, historic monuments, Loyola and Tulane universities, the sweeping grounds of the Audubon Zoological Gardens, shopping centers, restaurants and hotels.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
Please carefully read our house rules below
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile. Please do not remove your ID from your profile at any point during the booking process, or your visit. This will trigger automatic cancellation of your reservation.
2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).
3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.
4. Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.
5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.
6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras are present at the property to verify these laws & house rules are not broken. All rental platforms specifically ban parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a ban from the platform.
7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.
9. If the space is left excessively dirty, $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
10. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 deep cleaning cleaning fee and immediate request to leave. Pet Boarding recommendations available upon request. If traveling with pets please inquire about our pet friendly units.
11. After youâve read these rules, please send me a message with the words âyellow kangarooâ, it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.
12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from âLocalsâ at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.
15. Message us for long term stays.
16. Trash is picked up on Monday, recycling on Tuesday.
17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.
18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know no earlier than a few days prior to your reservation date, and we will determine if it's possible. We are unable to confirm early check-in (or late check-out) requests for future dates. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested through the platform after your additional time has been approved.
