The holiday/fitter's flat in the Friesoythe area, district Schlingshöhe, is approx. 100 sqm.It is located on the upper floor in an apartment building and is approx. 1.5 km from the centre of Friesoythe. To the North Sea it takes about one hour by car. The same applies to the ferry piers Norderney and Baltrum. Guests with restrictions are welcome to use the installed stair lift to get into the flat. There is a nice balcony, which you are welcome to use for a glass of wine or a barbecue. An electric grill is available for you. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (2.06 x 1.40 m) for max. 4 persons. There are also two single beds in the second bedroom. Enough cupboards and storage possibilities are available. The upholstered suite in the living room also offers space for 2 people. (2 x lying surface 2 m x 1,20 m) If you want to set up a home office day, I will provide you with a printer free of charge. WLAN is of course available. Further equipment includes a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and everything that a kitchen should not lack. You will find the exact contents below. The kitchen is also equipped with a small counter and three bar stools for a coffee in a small circle. The large living room offers enough comfortable seats. The upholstered suite also offers a sleeping place for 2 persons. The dimensions are listed above. TV with satellite receiver is of course available. There are two bathrooms. In each bathroom there is a shower and a washstand. One bathroom has a WC, the second bathroom has a urinal. A washing machine is available and should/may be used by you. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
