The Space

With three stories of living space, our home is designed for large reunions, friend getaways, and multi-family trips where everyone can find a quiet corner to call their own.

-Main Floor: Features a formal dining room for grand meals, a sun-drenched sunroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full guest bathroom (with tub/shower), and a fully equipped kitchen. Living Room futon folds out for additional sleeping (best for a single adult or child).

-Second Floor: Home to 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, including the primary king suite and a classic claw-foot tub for a long soak. Two bedrooms with Queen Beds, 1 with King, and 1 with two twin beds.

-Third Floor: A whimsical "bunk room" with 5 single beds—perfect for the kids or cousins' headquarters.

-KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (K-cups and pot), dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, spices and cookware.

-OUTDOOR LIVING: Top balcony w/ dining table & ceiling fans, back deck w/ gas grill (outside kitchen door and down steps), covered front porch w/ 2 swings

-GENERAL: Fresh linens/towels, central air conditioning/heat, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, shampoo/conditioner

-PARKING: Driveway on left side of house can accommodate 3-4 vehicles, but the easiest parking is on the street, where you can park as many cars as spaces available up and down Prospect Ave. There are always at least 3-4 spots available.

You are just a short, scenic stroll from Bathhouse Row. Closest restaurants are SQZBX Pizza, Colorado Grill and Splash Wine Bar.
