The home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable living and dining areas, a washer and dryer, an attached one-car garage, and additional street parking. Large windows and vaulted wood ceilings create a bright, open living space that's equally suited for relaxing or working remotely.

Outside, enjoy the private patio with a sectional, bar-height table, and propane fire pit. Four complimentary adult bicycles are available for exploring the Coastal Trail, Westchester Lagoon, and downtown Anchorage.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen cabinet bed in the living room. Families traveling with children ages 14 and under may also request an inflatable toddler bed or a 6-inch tri-fold twin floor mattress. These child-only sleeping options do not increase the maximum adult occupancy.

South Addition is one of Anchorage's most walkable neighborhoods. New Sagaya City Market is within walking or biking distance, while downtown restaurants, breweries, museums, and shops are just minutes away. Costco, Fred Meyer, Target, and Midtown shopping are also a short drive away.
