Mountain Home est un 2BD / 1BA condo situé à 8500 pieds dans le quartier historique de Georgetown. Depuis le balcon, il ya de belles vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Il est situé à distance de marche des belles maisons victoriennes, des boutiques du centre-ville et des restaurants qui composent cette communauté de montagne pittoresque. Belle Clear Creek borde la propriété comme il se jette dans le lac de Georgetown.

Le condo a deux chambres privées et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le maître est meublée d'un lit queen size, tandis que la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être mis ensemble pour former une reine si désiré. Le canapé-lit dans le salon est aussi un lit queen size. Tous les lits ont des matelas en mousse à mémoire et des oreillers pour votre confort. Il ya une salle de bain complète, une cuisine et salle à manger entièrement équipée pour un maximum de 6 personnes avec une salle de bain complète. Pour ceux avec les petits, il ya une crèche pack-n-play et une chaise haute dans l'unité. Pour votre commodité, il ya aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

En hiver, Mountain Home est un endroit idéal pour fonder vos voyages de ski et autres excursions hivernales. Nous sommes à seulement quelques minutes de plusieurs grandes stations de ski!

We enjoyed a wonderful Colorado Christmas at Nick’s condo! The Christmas decorations, including a tree and holiday bedding made the trip so special. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and there were even games that our adult kids enjoyed playing. The location was ideal to access everything we love about Summit County and also close to Idaho Springs. And of course, we loved being in Georgetown. We rode the Christmas train and it was such an amazing experience. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!

Hockey Tournament Stay

My friends and I rented the place for a pond hockey tournament and everything went well. Location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Short stay before we moved on. Only wished there were more windows to see out of. The traffic was the only other thing that you hear at night when windows are open. Cute place for shorter stays

Great location to ski Loveland

Very nice condo in a perfect location. My friends and I drove up from Kansas, were able to pick up our ski rentals in Idaho Spring, get dinner and check into this condo all in the same day. It made a weekend ski trip a great option and I hope to do it again soon. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent Stay

We had a lovely time in this Georgetown condo. Super clean and strategically located near many of Colorados best ski areas. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds and the two bedroom aspect was ver nice. Georgetown is a charming little town to walk around. The library is an absolute gem. Five star for cleanliness, location and overall condition of condo.

Very clean, nicely updated, and convenient to Loveland ski area.

A really great stay for our family and the property manager was really helpful. The property has been renovated nicely and was very clean. It was fab to have those incidentals around for use like sugar for our coffee and I little detergent for the washer. Having Netflix already hooked up was great for the kids who were wiped from skiing!

Recommend you stay here!

Nick was great to work with and everything was as described and discussed. Went out with my son and another dad and his son for 3 days of skiing. Place was clean, close to where we wanted to be and very comfortable. The pullout bed with memory foam mattress was a winner (the other dad said so). If you are looking to stay in or near Georgetown you can't beat this.

Cozy condo in Georgetown

This 3rd floor condo fit our trip perfectly! Perfectly located within walking distance to the lake, a Brewery, and quick easy access to the highway! This condo hit everything we needed with the right amount of beds, bedding, towels, etc! The kitchen was fully equipped and it even had a washer and dryer! The owner was very easy to communicate with, polite, and very helpful. So thankful they shared their vacation home with us for our trip!

Good alternative to staying in summit county

If you really want glamour or an ultra-modern space this might not be the place for you, but but our party found the space to be a perfectly comfortable but no-frills launch point for a ski trip to the Ikon pass destinations near the divide. Do note that when there's snow there can be a lot of traffic near the tunnel which sits between georgetown and dillon which might substantially raise travel times.Kitchen felt small at times but was enough, and we appreciated the flat top stove.

Great condo

Can't fault this condo - we found it to be spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.The location worked well as we skied at Loveland. The owner Nick was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and responded promptly to all my questions. Additionally the property manager Jim was very friendly and helpfully turned out to be the ski instructor we had pre-booked for our son. So getting to know him in advance was a huge bonus. We hope to return next year

Family Ski Trip

My wife, 26 year old son and myself stayed here for five days and had a great time! The condo was better than described and had everything, except food, that we needed. One trip to the grocery store the first day and we were set. We felt at home and the property manager was so helpful to us that we feel like we made a friend for our next visit back...and we are already planning on going back and staying here again! Great location for us as we skied Loveland ski area and visited other great nearby areas. Thanks for making a family trip very memorable with a great place to stay! We will be back!!!

3rd floor condo no elevator

The condo was nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer access was great. The checkin and checkout process has multiple codes. The listing did not clarify the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. I would not have been able to take my luggage up to the room if my adult children were not with me. It met our needs but I would not have chosen if I had known these things ahead of time.

Beautiful views with mountains and lake

The condo was so close to Georgetown and had beautiful views of mountains on both sides. The lake was right there and there were some walking trails to walk. We had a difficult time getting into the condo, so be sure to read all the access instructions, but Nick was patient and gracious in helping us get in. I also didn't see in the description that it's on the 3rd floor. We weren't used to the high elevation, so with less oxygen, it made us out of breath climbing the stairs at first. Other than that, the condo was very clean and comfortable and, as I mentioned, the owner was quick to respond. I would recommend this condo to others.

I loved it! Went with a party of 5, the condo room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a hidden sofa bed.The beds were nicely made, with comfortable pillows and warm blankets which was good for the freezing night air (just open the windows).The host wasn’t there, but supported and guided us through the process of getting our key and getting into the room. He suggested some places to go for food.The scenery was beautiful, even though there wasn’t lots of things to do, Clear Creek was one of my highlights of this trip.The living room was spacious, cozy and comfy. The retractable chair was big and a nice place to lounge after a long day and the sofa bed had an amazing mattress. There were also some games which we played.Overall the condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. The rooms were amazing for sleeping. The living room was cozy, with an amazing view. Definitely would come back again!!!

We are three siblings who took over this property from our father when he passed away in 2006. We live in California, Arizona, and Texas so having a nice home in the mountains where we can get away from the heat in the summer and play in the snow in the winter is fantastic. As we are located out of state for most of the year, we would like to share our Mountain Home with you and your families and friends.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our father purchased this condo in 2000 when he was working in one of the local mines. We would visit him during the winter to ski, and in the summer to escape the heat. The Georgetown Christmas Market in December and the 4th of July Parade are particularly memorable highlights of our family reunions in Georgetown. That being said, the best part of our trips would be the skiing! We would start our trips with a day at Loveland to get our legs under us, and then venture from there. One day at A-Basin, night skiing at Keystone, exploring Winter Park and Copper Mountain; all were a part of our trips and the variety added to the enjoyment. Each day would bring a new mountain and new adventures.
