The space
This is a roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the top 4 th floor in Heritage Landing Gated Community. Great views of the nature preserve are available from the screened in lanai.
The bright kitchen features pendant lights and quartz countertops where Keurig coffee can help start the day. A full dining room table is set beside bay like windows with more views of the Florida landscape. Picture relaxing in the living room on the chaise sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie with the overhead fan on low.
Each bedroom has its own television and attached bathroom for convenience.
In unit washer and dryer along with WiFi internet make it feel like home.
Elevators are located a few steps from the door and a mailbox can receive mail.
It is a safe and clean community lead by the condo association where owners, renters and guests are able to live and stay and vacation together.

Guest access
For 30 day stays or more will have full membership access to all amenities of Heritage Landing. And a transfer fee of $150 is a requirement of the Heritage Landing Association.

For stays less than 30 days will have access to amenities as Friends and Family of the owner.
For stays less than 30 days will use the owner’s key card with a security deposit of $250.

Golfing is first come first served as a member of the public. The golf pro shop is able to update on daily availability.

-No pets allowed except by permission of the owner.

-By staying in this unit the tenant agrees to the rules and standards of the Heritage Landing Community,

-We reserve the right to contact a guest regarding lost or damaged items in the unit.
