The main floor includes two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features one king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and scenic views. Bedroom 2 includes one king bed and one double bed, with a full bathroom nearby in the hallway.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and a large game/media room. Bedroom 3 includes one king bed. Bedroom 4 includes one full bed plus one twin-over-full bunk bed. Bedroom 5 includes one king bed and two twin beds. Bedroom 6 includes one queen bed and one full bed. The media room closet also includes one fold-out twin bed and one RV king mattress that can be placed on the floor for additional sleeping flexibility.

For your safety and peace of mind, there is a camera at the front door. There are no indoor cameras—your privacy is very important to us.
🚙 ATV/UTV Policy
Please note that unlicensed vehicles (like ATVs or UTVs) cannot be driven on county roads. We recommend trailering them to nearby off-road public trails.
⌚Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Available at $35/hour (must be pre-approved & paid in advance).

🚭 No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected indoors.
❌🐕No Pets: If pets are found onsite, there will be a minimum $300 deep cleaning fee, or if needed the fee for the carpet cleaning
🔥 Fire Restrictions
Before using any outdoor fire feature, including propane fire pits, guests must check and follow all current county fire restrictions. To check current restrictions, search online for “Teller County fire restrictions.” If a fire ban or restriction is in effect, the fire pit may not be used. Guests are responsible for any fines, damages, or issues caused by prohibited or unsafe use.

Please respect the designated checkout time. Late departures may incur additional fees, as we need time to prepare for the next guests.
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, unless approved in writing ahead of time.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Thank you for being considerate of our neighbors!
🔒 Firearms
Please do not leave firearms unattended on the property for safety reasons. If left behind, we will securely store it for you to retrieve. No shooting allowed on property
📦 No Mail or Packages
We are unable to accept mail or packages at the home. Please ship items to a local Amazon Locker or UPS store.
🏢 No Commercial Use
This property may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval.
🔧 Amenity Malfunctions & Refunds
While we do our best to ensure everything is in working order, occasional issues can arise—especially during short turnovers. Refunds for broken amenities are not guaranteed, but we’ll make every reasonable effort to address and resolve the issue promptly once we`re notified. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
