Inside, exposed beams and terracotta floors are paired with a bright, open living space centered around a fireplace and piano—ideal for slow evenings after a day of exploring. A fully equipped kitchen invites guests to cook with local produce from the surrounding region.



Large windows frame the rolling Val Tidone landscape. Outdoors, a shaded dining porch opens onto the pool terrace, with a 15-meter swimming pool as the focal point for long summer days and relaxed afternoons. The home features three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus an additional guest half-bath (3.5 bathrooms in total).

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire property, including the farmhouse, pool terrace, shaded outdoor dining area, and all indoor and outdoor spaces. Three parking spaces are available on the premises.
