This condo is located in close proximity to the Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly Ski Resort and offers sweeping views of Carson Valley.
Inside, you will find a thoughtfully designed living space with an open layout that is great for relaxing after a day of exploring Tahoe. - Parking for up to three vehicles is available in the main HOA parking lot. Parking passes are provided inside the unit
- The condo is accessed by approximately five flights of stairs. Please consider this carefully if stairs may be a challenge for anyone in your group
- Do not park up the hill, as this area is designated as a fire lane and must remain clear at all times
- Snow removal for stairs and walkways is handled by the HOA during storm events only
