You will have access to the entire condo except for the supply closet. The Resort features an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, kids pool, restaurant, free WiFi, fitness center, and unassigned heated underground parking, all accessible by Airbnb guests.

We offer the convenience of self check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

- The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hallway repair project in progress at Grande Rockies Resort. Information/caution signs are displayed in the lobby and near all elevators as of the first week of March. Contractors will work to minimize disruption, but please allow them space to complete necessary work and be cautious during construction.

- There will be a Hallway carpet installation from May 12-23, 2025. Unit access is required and the contractor only need to open each door for a short time to tuck carpet into existing suite flooring transition. They`ll also apply a skim coat over the existing glue from the old carpet in the hallways prior to carpet installation which will take a ½ hour to dry. The contractor will knock on doors prior to pouring skim coat, to provide some time for occupants to leave or stay while skim coat is applied. This will be done one hallway wing at a time.

-The hot tub is serviced every Monday between 9AM - 5PM.

-The hot tub draining and cleaning is scheduled every 3rd Sunday of the month. After the service, the hot tub will be available for use on the following day.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No external music, parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: Please contact us before booking to confirm the building’s Bylaws and documentation.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
