We do our best to provide a cozy mountain mood with modern amenities.

You will love cooking in this space and sharing warms meals with your friends and family. This unit features a full kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops.

The home features 3 bedrooms, plus a common space with a sofa bed.

If you have a baby/toddler, we can provide a high chair and playpen ON REQUEST. Send us a message to get more information.

We also provide a FREE National Park pass for you to use while staying with us. A pass is required if you plan on visiting Banff, Lake Louise or any other location in the park. Not only does our pass save you $78.50 per day in park fees, but it also enables you to bypass any lines at the park gates!

Entrance door has a key code entry for your convenience. Guests can also access a shared a common area to take calls meet privately. The heated basement parking is a nice touch for the cold winter mornings. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub has a 3 story waterslide! We provide pool towels and plastic cups for your refreshments.

We kindly ask that you use no glass in the pool area.

You will have access to the fitness center which includes treadmills, free weights and more.

We suggest renting a car to drive around the beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also bike 45 mins to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, covered picnic areas, the Banff town site, and a variety of rest spots along the way.

Just a 10 minute walk to Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place, Canmores indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness gym, a large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library.

10 mins to Canmore Nordic Center
20 mins to Banff town
25 mins to Norquay Ski Hill
30 mins to Sunshine Village Ski Resort
45 mins to Lake Louise and Lake Louise Ski Resort
2 hours to Columbia Icefield
3 hours to Jasper town

Ski Bus to Sunshine and Lake Louise is available during winter season. The bus stop is in walking distance from the unit.

Late check-out will result in a $50 pre hour charge. Our awesome cleaners run a tight ship and will bill us for standing around.

Please note we are not responsible for parking tickets received during your stay. We provide one parkade park pass for use during your stay.

Please be advised that the pool facilities will be closed from April 13th to April 18th for the annual maintenance.

Please note that hallway renovations are currently underway at Grand Rockies Resort:

Elevator 1 is under maintenance and Elevator 2 is reserved for contractors—please use Elevator 3 instead.

Construction crews are actively working on the 4th floor, with other floors following a set schedule.

Work hours are:

- Monday-Thursday: 7 AM–9 AM (quiet work), 9 AM–6 PM (regular work), 6 PM–8 PM (quiet work)
- Friday: 7 AM–9 AM (quiet work), 9 AM–3 PM (regular work)

We want to inform you that Grand Rockies Resort will be undergoing a hallway renovation project starting March 4th, 2025. The work will begin on the 4th floor and move downward, involving carpet and wall covering removal, drywall repairs, painting, and new finish installations.


While the contractors will do their best to minimize disruption, there may be some construction dust, noise, and limited elevator access at times. Elevators 2 and 3 are both now available for owners and guests. Work on Elevator 1 will be completed between Mon March 24 and Wed March 26. Update elevator 1 is now fully operational.

If your stay falls during this period, we appreciate your patience and understanding as these necessary improvements take place. Please be mindful of signage and construction zones during your visit.

Work hours are:

- Monday-Thursday: 7 AM–9 AM (quiet work), 9 AM–6 PM (regular work), 6 PM–8 PM (quiet work)

We had a family vacation and the room was fantastic. It was larger enough for 9 of us! The property is amazing as it has an indoor pool with a slide that our kids absolutely loved and spent hours playing in. It is close to many amenities. Chris and Tanya were so helpful and always answered my questions in a timely manner and were very accommodating to our needs! I highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to staying with them again in the future- we loved and made so many unforgettable memories here this week.

Clean, great location

Chris and Tanya were very responsive. The place was clean and located in a great spot. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and pool. I would recommend this property.

We were two in the unit as it was the cheapest option last minute and everything was impeccable! We had detailed instructions by the hosts about the unit and about the surrounding areas with activities suggestions! Would stay there again!

Beautiful family friendly

Very spacious, beautiful suite. Tons of room for the family, especially the massive king room with ensuite. Kids plates, cups etc and playpen were nice surprise. Parks pass was great idea! On the list of places we intend to stay again.

Very nice property & great Host!

Very good location.We were a big family of 10 people and the space was just perfect for everyone! Well equipped kitchen and clean and neat bedrooms . My family had a great time ! Host is super friendly and very prompt on communication! Thank you for allowing us to use the complimentary park pass! Will recommend this property for sure!

The property was very clean and peaceful. We had not received any response to our messages from the host through the app. The hosts promptly returned our call and sent us the check in instructions through email and also guided us through them over the phone. Will surely stay here again.

Perfect for large families

We had a great time in Canmore. Chris and Tanya were very quick with communicating with us. Check in was easy. The pool, hottub and waterslide were a big hit with the kids. Enough room in the suite to have 4 adults and 6 kids. Not the best view - windows look out on the garbage bins and parking garage, but we were basically only the room for sleeping and eating. We did enough hiking that we saw the mountains enough. Renovations were ongoing in the hallways so we made some detours to get to the pool or to elevators because hallways would be blocked off, but not a big deal - should look great when it's done. Great location - short walk to downtown, and short drives to Grassi Lakes, Banff, Johnston Canyon and Lake Louise.Kids are already asking to go back!

Nice amenities for a family of ten! Was nice and clean with everything you need! Kids loved the pool! Main bath toilet needs to be tightened at the base and a kitchen cabinet door needs fixing! The only negative for the resort was parking for extra vehicles! Other than that s a great stay all in all!

Canmore stay

My impression of this property is that there is better value at other properties in Canmore for this price point.. For example one would expect bath towels that are not dingy white feel like they're from a cheap hotel. They should consider slip preventative mats for older folks in the showers. Furthermore they should really consider removing the lockbox from the front door as it causes confusion upon checkin. Finally there is a dumpster right outside the bedrooms which causes excessive noise. I feel the parking situation should have been made more clear via the VRBO app or by message. We had to look up the parking info in the hardcopy welcome guide that was inside the room to know where to park.

Clean, central, great condo for a family, excellent hosts!

The condo great and spacious, the building is located conveniently to many amenities, my family really enjoyed the hot tub/pool, the hosts were excellent at communicating all along. I’d definitely stay at this property again in the future!

The condo was very nice and exactly as stated. The only negative in the trip would be that the price was very hi. We were there over the holidays so I know the price does go up.

Great place to stay with the family & friends

Everything was clean, great location, and kids loved the pool! Hosts were great, sending lots of info and checking in, making our stay so easy- plus a huge bonus with the park pass. We stayed here with 2 families, there were enough beds. The main, kitchen/living area looks bigger in the pictures, but it worked out. It was handy having washer & dryer - dry towels after pool. Only one parking spot underground. But unit is on the main level, same as pool, and no too far to parking stall. Highly Recommended!
