This warm, character-filled four-bedroom home is located on a quiet residential street just steps from Saskatoonâs vibrant Broadway district. Itâs a favourite for families, wedding groups, medical stays, and friends travelling together who want space to gatherâwithout sacrificing walkability or calm evenings.
Youâll have exclusive use of the entire house, including the main floor and a fully finished basement, offering two complete living areas that work beautifully for multi-generation groups or longer stays.

Good to Know Before You Book
âą This is a well-maintained 1950s character home; as with most homes of this era, some sound can travel between floors
âą The detached garage at the back of the property is rented separately and not part of the stay
âą This is a quiet, residential neighbourhood, well suited to guests who value relaxed evenings over party-style stays
Guests consistently comment on the homeâs walkability, cleanliness, generous layout, and responsive hosting. If youâre looking for a comfortable, flexible base in one of Saskatoonâs most loved neighbourhoods, this Broadway home is a solid fit.
Parking & Seasonal Property Care
âą 1-2 spots are available for a standard sized vehicle on the tandem driveway at the front of the home. In winter, access to a plug-in outlet for block heaters is available where applicable.
âą Snow clearing: A professional crew attends after snowfalls and aims to clear walkways and parking access within 24 hours.
âą Lawn care: In summer, a crew attends weekly (weather permitting) to mow and maintain the yard.
House Rules & Fit (Important)
Whether youâre visiting for a festival weekend, family time, medical appointments, or a longer work stay, this Broadway home is designed to be easy, comfortable, and relaxed. A few simple guidelines help keep our homes calm, well cared for, and enjoyable for everyone.
âą Quiet Hours / No Parties: Parties, events, or gatherings that could disturb the neighbours are not permitted.
âą Smoke-Free Home: No smoking or vaping indoors.
âą Pets: One dog only (no cats) is permitted with prior approval and must be registered on the reservation. Please declare pets in the booking count. Use the provided pet blanket on furniture and pick up and dispose of waste in outdoor bins.
âą Furniture: Furniture is arranged for safety and cleaning efficiency. Please do not move furniture. Failure to return moved furniture to its original location may result in additional cleaning or service fees.
âą Amenities: Use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, saunas, hammocks, and outdoor features is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in pools, hot tubs, or saunas.
âą Keys (If Applicable): Guests are responsible for lost or unreturned keys and any required replacement or re-keying costs.
âą Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests â including adults, children, and infants â must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval.
âą Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests. Stays exceeding this are subject to an additional per-guest, per-day fee, applied for the entire duration of the stay. Guest count changes must be submitted at the time of booking.
âą Rental Agreement: A standard short-term rental agreement is provided after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the agreement must be signed within 4 hours. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
âą Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (up to $300 for whole homes) is required. The deposit must be authorized on the guestâs credit card via our booking system (OwnerRez) prior to arrival and is released after checkout, subject to no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Our rates include standard cleaning based on typical use. If a stay requires excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover (for example, substantially increased cleaning time or labour), additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit based on documented service provider charges.
