Emplacement idéal pour: 1) les chefs d'entreprise en visite travaillant au centre-ville, 2) les personnes en famille au RUH ou à l'HÎpital pour enfants, 3) les professionnels de la santé travaillant au RUH ou à l'hÎpital de la ville, 4) les professionnels universitaires travaillant à l'UofS.

Cette toute nouvelle maison dispose de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, un quartier vraiment premium et un excellent emplacement. Le tarif promotionnel est actuellement en place, car l'aménagement paysager de la cour et le stationnement hors rue ne sont pas encore terminés.

We enjoyed our reunion visit tremendously. Everything was as expected from the photos and descriptions of the location, amenities and comforts of the home. We appreciated the quiet location including the back deck, front deck and living room for visiting. The house is centrally located with easy access to the University of Saskatchewan, the Broadway area, downtown facilities such as Persephone Theatre and the Remai Modern Art Gallery. We would highly recommend this VRBO to others.

Beautiful home

A peaceful neighbourhood with pride of ownership. It is near main routes and numerous stores, malls, stations and convenience. As a party of 5 adults, of various sizing, we were comfortable and had room to gather and isolate inside without tripping over each other or unable to find a quiet space to yourself.Decor is neutral and tranquil.There were more than enough extra pillows, blankets, towels and some extra toiletries and kitchen items.The thermostat allowed for adjustments.The outdoor spaces are serene and comfy. percent would stay here again however; would recommend those with small humans, sensitivites, disabilities and neurodiversities be mindful of the following:-no grassed area-strong scent detergent/dryer sheets are used on the linens-the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are double beds, not queen-the odd hook/hanging rack is slightly askew and the main floor powder room pocket door is awkward and loud to use

Family Wedding

We had a lovely stay at Roger and Tamara's. The house is gorgeous, full of all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board :), utensils for bbqing and everything else in between. Roger was easy to communicate with, getting back to us promptly with any questions we had. We loved the front porch and back deck, using them for reading and downtime. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with wide boulevards and mature trees. It is close to downtown, the riverfront and UofS. The home - gorgeous and comfortable (3 washrooms which was great for 6 of us getting ready for the wedding) Location - wonderful - easy access to UofS, downtown and the riverfront Hosts - excellent - kind, caring and attentive to our needs We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay and would highly recommend this great property. What a VBRO Stay Should Be Like!

The check in process was very easy and the host checked in through a message shortly after check in to ensure everything was good. The house had everything we needed (plenty of towels, choice of pillows, lots of dishes). The host also provided access to cable and Netflix. When we accidently logged out of it he provided us with the password to get back in. There was a book with all the details on how to work the air and the washing machine and provided some information about the area. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the best experience that we have had!

Excellent Accommodation

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and I must say, this is one of the best. The location was excellent, the accommodation was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and well stocked. Comfortable and well equipped home

The home is arranged for all the comforts with ample supply of basic and beyond basic needs. When entering the home, it was very clean. The proximity to amenities and attractions is great. Parking for one car is spacious, a second vehicle can be parked within a 1-2 block radius (the immediate block needs a neighbourhood permit from May 1st - August 31st).

Home away from Home

This beautiful home is located in a great neighbourhood with lovely trees, just a short walk from the biking and walking paths along the Sask River. The kitchen and entire home is well equipped and comfortable. Our family of adult children also loved having their own four piece bath. It felt like home away from home.

We built this home specifically to make it available to visitors to our fine city, and hope to host business executives, families caring for those in hospital, health services workers, and University faculty and staff.
