Very friendly host who lives nearby. Large lot. This house has been recently remodeled and is nice and fairly well-stocked, but it is not quite yet ready to receive guests. The outside is still a bit of a construction zone. There is an empty pool. The washer and dryer are not yet hooked up. The front bathroom has the plumbing reversed in the shower. Be aware that the dishwasher will fall out of its space if you pull out the bottom rack when it is loaded. It is not clear from the photos, but the people staying in the master bedroom have to walk through the middle bedroom containing the queen size bed to come and go. Hopefully the host will put the key in a lock box, but for now, guests have to call when they arrive and the host comes personally to check them in. Not convenient for late arrivals, although you do need the host directing you with a flash light to find out how to enter the property in the dark for the first time. The entrance is a gap in the fence line with no driveway - you drive on the grass. Verify the price is correct for your total number of people when you book - we were asked to pay extra in cash to cover electricity for our 6 people or else we could cancel and find something else (2 days prior to check-in).
