Our home is thoughtfully divided between the main house and a separate casita, offering flexibility and privacy for larger groups. The main home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the casita provides two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a spacious laundry room that includes a closet and ample additional storageâperfect for families or multi-generational stays. Both spaces carry the same mid-century charm and comfort, ensuring every guest feels at home.
Outdoor living is a highlight at Vista del Sol. The front yard offers a cozy seating area with a natural gas fire pit, ideal for enjoying sunrise or sunset with breathtaking mountain views. The backyard is the main gathering space, featuring a pool and spa, a natural gas grill, outdoor shower, ping pong table, additional seating, and a second fire pit. Whether youâre relaxing in the sun, entertaining friends, or stargazing under the desert sky, the homeâs outdoor spaces are designed for unforgettable Palm Springs experiences.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious laundry room, and a separate office room. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room, and a 2 car garage.
Our kitchen is well equipped with a wide selection of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare most family meals during your stay. A starter set of basic seasoningsâincluding salt, pepper, and olive oilâis provided. If youâd like a detailed inventory of the kitchen items available, our team is happy to share one upon request.
For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential consumables, including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a welcome gift basket. Please note that these items are intended to get you started; if additional supplies are needed during your stay, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---
1. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.
2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If youâd like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.
3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed.
