King Suite â private, serene, and beautifully appointed with ensuite bath.
2 Bunk Rooms â ideal for kids or groups, with a shared Jack and Jill bath, 3 twins and 1 full.
Loft space â King suite with 2 additional twin sleeping space and ensuite bath.
Whether youâre carving powder in winter, adventuring the alpine trails in summer, or enjoying autumnâs golden hues, Skogur Haus is your gateway to mountain memories. Book your stay where elevated design, effortless access, and Breckâs best converge.
Guest Access:
Take Elevator to 4th floor and B401 is the furthest left unit when exiting the elevator lobby.
The Neighborhood:
Ski In & Ski Out in the village base area.
Other Things to Note:
Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and some trash bags.
The home offers parking for 2 vehicles, parking in the garage at assigned B401 space and second spot on parking deck with pass displayed. Colorado Traction Laws were recently updated, ensure you are in compliance for a smooth trip. We are unable to help in the event you are unable to navigate the winter weather or become stuck, be prepared for the areas potentially severe weather!
Pet Friendly for declared Service Animals - $750 charge if undeclared pets found on premises
Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.
No smoking allowed - $750 Fee
Roads can be icyâ4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.
Security cameras on-site over walkway.
