Our 3-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and stylish stay in Montreal. The spacious living room features large windows, providing plenty of natural light, and is furnished with a comfy sofa and a smart TV for your entertainment.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, has a cosy table.
Each of the three bedrooms is designed for comfort and convenience, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and ample closet space.
The apartment also include a full bathrooms, both with contemporary fixtures and plenty of towels.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest who is not on the reservation.
The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time. Be sure I am aware ahead of time, if you plan to arrive later than the Check-in window.
It is likely I am out of town during the time of your stay, I wonât be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app. My phone number is for emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help in emergencies.
I send you easy step-by-step Check-in details a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.
If you have questions about anything I am happy to help and always make efforts to reply to you as quickly as possible during the day and evening, you can message me anytime. For any overnight messages I will get back to you first thing in the morning.
- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.
-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.
- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.
- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.

Animals arenât permitted due to a serious health concern.
Service animals are welcomeâplease inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).

Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
