A simple walk and the sugar white powdered sand is between your toes and you are gazing at the pristine emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. This charming community is like no other with its own whimsical red fishing dock and boat launch. There is a pool, a grill and a covered area from which to enjoy the wildlife typical of the Intracoastal.

This particular townhome is nestled just two units away from the pool and water. It features an oversized 2 car garage. You will love the balcony and all that this home away from home has to offer. Throughout you will find upscale features such as granite countertops, all new lighting, and generous closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room sports a 55" flat screen TV with a DVR for your convenience. -No elevator.
-Parking for 2 cars only directly in front of garage, must fit within the lines.
- The minimum age required to book our property is 25 years old.
- For security purposes, all booked guests are required to complete verification through Guest Ranger. This includes uploading a photo of a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver's license) along with a selfie. Your reservation will be finalized once this process is completed.

This Property is Pet Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog. Please include breed and weight.
-You may have 1 dog under 25 lb.
-The pet fee is $125 per week per dog, or $275 per month per dog, whichever is less.
-This condo has a dog crate for guests use.
-Dog Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
-Breeds not allowed. Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community south of Indian Rocks Beach that's popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds.
