Boasting a fantastic location overlooking the pool and beautifully landscaped grounds, this bright and modern condo features two bedrooms and two and a half baths across two stories, able to comfortably sleep 6 guests in its 1400 square feet. Located in a remote location on Sanibel Island and surrounded by lush vegetation, this unit is ideal for those aiming to relax in a tranquil setting.
The Space:
Upstairs, the primary suite provides a tranquil retreat featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a private screened-in balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the gentle evening breeze. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and well-appointed, offering a large vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower for a spa-inspired experience. The guest bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a queen bed and twin hide-a-bed and a TV, making it perfect for families or additional guests. A second upstairs bathroom includes a tub/shower combinationâideal for rinsing off and relaxing after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, showcasing elegant cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The bright and airy living room welcomes you with a charming coastal-inspired design, abundant natural light, and two large windows overlooking the sparkling pool and clubhouse. Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
