Guests will have access to the entire garage suite as well as 1 parking stall in front of the suite. Please note, guests will not have access to the garage nor to the backyard of the home.
Guests can phone or text the host should they need any assistance during their stay. Please note that the host lives within a 2 minute drive of the suite and can be made available should a pressing concern arise.
Windsor Park is one of Edmonton`s most desired neighborhoods and is located within walking distance to the University of Alberta, U of A Hospital, and Cross Cancer Institute. This quiet neighborhood boasts plenty of green space, very little traffic noise, and is only steps away from Edmonton`s renowned River Valley.
Windsor Park is very easy to navigate both by car and by foot. However, given its proximity to the University as well as two major hospitals, parking restrictions are consistently enforced. Luckily, we do offer 1 dedicated parking stall so that you don`t have to worry about finding a convenient and safe place to park your vehicle.
Our parking stall measures 18â 4â in length (from suite to street) and is limited to cars, SUVâs, and small pickups. Larger pickups and suburbans will extend past the driveway and into the alley. If you need a larger parking space, please ask before making the booking.
1) This is not a party house and we need all guests to respect the quiet hours which are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. We live onsite and reserve the right to cancel your reservation should you not adhere to these requirements.
2) Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) on the premises which includes the suite, balcony, and parking area. Should you need to smoke, please go for a walk down the alley or street.
3) No Pets; however, I am willing to consider them for an additional fee as well as a more formal screening/meet & greet process. I am a pet owner myself and believe there are a lot of responsible pet owners out there (I just need to verify).
4) No Parking in front of the garage door. There is a designated parking space just to the left of the garage door in front of the suite numbers G8325. This space can fit most cars, SUV`s, and small pickups but cannot fit larger trucks or suburban`s. If you need a larger parking space, please ask before making the booking.
