We have a three bedroom two bath with everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay overlooking the Myakka river in Port Charlotte harbor with stunning view of the river, where there is great fishing in the river or right in the backyard. We are in boating distance from Punta Gorda. Or Boca grand the tarpon fishing capital of the world. The neighborhood is quiet family oriented with a boat ramp just two blocks away with a lovely water front park ,Englewood Beach or Boca grand beaches restaurants and shops are only 15 minutes away with beautiful white sands and crystal clear water. Bring your boat if you like we have a nice new dock in the yard. The home is beautifully decorated and sleeps up to six. Enjoy sunbathing and the water breeze on the patio. Watch the sunrise and dolphins and fish swim by ,Fully equipped kitchen washer dryer all the appliances and WiFi 2 bedrooms have king size beds 1 bedroom has 2 single beds ,home has been newly remodeled. Sorry no pets or smoking in house ,I also have new barbecue grill it’s a wonderful destination with hundreds of miles of waterways world class fishing,restaurants,bars ,championship golf courses nearby ,pickle ball, hiking, biking, and Tampa bay Rays spring training stadium ,Punta Gorda airport is about a half hour from house
