Our apartment is located in a quiet part of Utjeha, ideal for guests who want a vacation by the sea, far from noise and crowds. The space located on the ground floor has one comfortable bedroom with king-size bed, a bright living room with a sofa, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The most beautiful part of the apartment is the terrace with a sea view, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The accommodation is decorated modernly and carefully, ideal for families, couples or groups of up to four people.

Utjeja is known for its crystal clear sea, rocky shores, olive trees and beautiful views. The beach is 700 m away, while the restaurants along the coast are ideal for dinners with a view of the sunset. The market and the bus station are located about 500 m away. The surroundings are peaceful, natural and perfect for relaxation, and the city of Bar is only 10 km away, allowing easy access to all the necessary amenities.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and terrace. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, shared washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for short and long stays are available.
