1 Folding Bed - the unit is thoughtfully designed for two guests, featuring a plush king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. For added flexibility, a folding bed is available in the closet if you’d like some extra space to relax.
While the unit is intended for two guests, we understand that different sleeping arrangements can make your stay even more comfortable.

Important Parking Information
To ensure smooth and hassle-free access to the building’s parking garage, guests traveling with a vehicle are kindly required to provide their license plate number in advance of arrival.
Once received, we will handle the registration on your behalf so your vehicle can be properly recognized by the system upon entry and exit.
Important: Vehicles that are not pre-registered may not be recognized by the system, which could result in delays or potential additional charges.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.

As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.
To minimize this as much as possible, the building conducts regular, property-wide pest control treatments. In addition, our team schedules routine preventative treatments within the unit to maintain a clean and comfortable space for our guests.
Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.
