We had a great stay. This was our third time staying in a cabin at Bridges Bay and it did not disappoint. We like the floorplan of this cabin for our family of 10. The space was clean, functional, and fun, and we will be back!

Cabin was very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of kitchen accessories. Location was great, only had to walk through the yard across the street for one of the community area pools, which we always use frequently. Only thing I would recommend would be some outdoor games for use In the garage, like bags etc. but the listing was spot on. One of the cleanest cabins we have stayed in over the years!

The space was perfect for our needs. I really appreciated how responsive the hosts were. We had 10 people in our group that stayed in this property and we had plenty of space. The amenities and outdoor space were awesome. The pool and the water park was an added bonus. The only issue that we encountered was a significant water issue with the HVAC system that was believed to be a plumbing issue initially. Which meant we were down to 1 bathroom at times, which caused a bit of an issue with a house full. I do really appreciate how dedicated the hosts were to getting the issue resolved. Overall a great property and great experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We appreciate your patience regarding the water issue under the flooring of the first bathroom and we are so happy that we were able to get maintenance there as soon as you let us know there was a problem. Out of the 3 bathrooms in the cabin, at no time to my knowledge were you ever down to 1 bathroom, and the toilet on the main floor was functioning like it was supposed to but due to the extreme heat we had, there was condensation from the AC unit that was causing the leak under the flooring. We do appreciate the feedback as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope the rest of the home and amenities made for an enjoyable getaway, and we'd love the opportunity to welcome your group back again in the future.

Great location

Stayed over the 4th of July. Didnt even have to leave our property to see the fireworks. The neighbors all lit of a TON also. Kids loved the pooldls and amenities of the resort but thw convenience of having our own house. Not far from arnolds park, or barefoot bar. We did take down 3 wasps nests under the table on the patio. But other than that no issues.

Great for family, feels like home

We really enjoyed the property. We have lots of kids and everyone can have their own bed. The kitchen is nice, there was a nice patio set outside to relax and the garage was nice too. We did have a problem with the freezer in the refrigerator freezing. But other than that, we had no issues. The property was well decorated and made it feel like home.

Needs Better Cleaning

We stayed here with family, including very small children. The cleanliness was mediocre a best. I believe a Bachelor/Bachelorette party had stayed here before us and the cleaning job they did in between bookings was not good. The first thing we noticed was that there was a huge fly problem and we had kept the doors and windows shut so I didn't know why at first. My toddler then found the first of a few a random full hot dogs in places like in the tv/media cabinet and under the couch. They were very obviously in hiding spots so it had to have been left there by other people. It was very gross and explained the flies. I'm thinking it was a game the people before us played and the cleaners didn't know there were hidden hot dogs everywhere. It pretty much ruined the trip for us at that point though. The leather recliner was also very broken. There was also a piece a clothing stuck on the vaulted ceiling fan in the living room, looked like maybe a t-shirt. The floors in the living room were very dirty as well. The kitchen and bathrooms at least seemed cleaned, and were fully stocked. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice for families.

Fantastic Bridges Bay property. Well equipped, extra propane tank for the grill which was outstanding preparation by the host!
