Accommodations were wonderful. Air conditioning worked great. We had a minor issue with a shower head breaking but it was fixed right away.

Beautiful and clean place. Easy access to beach and pool. Really enjoyed the stay. Property manager was so helpful, as was the office staff and the gentleman who took care of the beach chairs.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Gulf view was beautiful and a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect and close to everything, making it very convenient. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

This was the perfect place for my family of 10. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach was only 2 minutes from our room. The place it self was perfect space and very clean. We loved every second being there. Definitely will always choose this when we come back.

Perfect location on the beach. Rooms were clean. Loved the setup with master downstairs and 2 rooms for the kids upstairs. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The host was always available if needed. The condo was clean. The ocean view was amazing and super easy and accessible. Our family had the best views and everything shopping, boardwalk,aquarium and amazing restaurants were all within a 15-20 min drive! Best spot ever very lucky to have found this place! Everyone in the area was friendly and welcoming will definitely recommend this! Thanks for a great time!

The host was amazing and super communicative with me. The staff at the front desk was so sweet, and even helped us figure out the umbrella set up when we arrived early to enjoy the beach on check in day. The only con with the condo is that the sound proofing isn’t very great, especially upstairs. I’m a heavy sleeper so it doesn’t bother me personally but I know it could be a huge deal to others. Overall the stay was great!! Perfect location in the complex as it was right by the elevator.

The view of course was great but the pictures did not reflect the actual condo. The patio furniture was almost too rusted to sit on and the refrigerator did not keep things cold just cool. It was bare bones and very basic. There was an unsightly pile of beach chairs and buckets just piled up on the patio. It took up a third of the space. When we tried to move it, a smelly black liquid came out all over the patio. We cleaned it as good as we could so we wouldn’t have to smell it when we were on the patio. It had been sitting there a long time. The bedroom furniture was falling apart and rusting the floor. It was not a very good presentation. I would not recommend this to anyone or request this condo again.

I appreciate the review, I would have loved the opportunity to fix some of these items. I was unaware of the stuff on the patio. I'm sure some previous guest left them thinking it would be useful to someone. I have someone going now to remove those items. First time I've heard of the fridge not keeping up...it will sometimes take a while when a bunch of new groceries are added to the fridge. I will admit though, this seems a bit harsh over rust and some items on the patio that I could have had removed in minutes if made aware. Thank you we will take a look at the patio furniture. It doesn't last long with the salty air!

The best thing going for this property is the location of being right on the beach and being allowed two chairs and an umbrella during the summer season and the management company was very responsive to issues. As far as the inside of the property goes it was filthy. There was loose hair all over the bathrooms when we arrived. The top bunk had a candy wrapper and some type of white candy in it. The shower curtain liners were ripped off in both bathrooms and both showers didn’t drain properly so while showering you had to stand in ankle deep water. The balcony looked like it had never been swept before and was covered in rust particles from the furniture. The couch in the living room was completely sunken in. The condo needs a thorough deep cleaning and not the minimal cleaning the housekeepers do after someone checks out. The location and view was the best thing about the place.

I'm very sorry for this. I wasn't made aware of any shower issues by you or previous guests. I could have taken care of that very quickly and easily. The issue with the beds is an anomaly for us we have many reviews about how clean the space has been. The cleaning group has been notified about this and even came to redo the bed again! We love providing a clean space for guest. Hate to hear your thoughts on the couch it's practically new only 6 months old....I must also add I'm not surprised to receive this review. I was told you where pretty rude to the office staff regard a minor parking pass concern once you arrived. I wish we could have exceeded your expectations. Best wishes.

The condo was clean and as expected from the listing. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He was kind and quick when I texted him with questions. I brought my son and his 8 friends for their senior spring break. There was enough room for all the boys to have beds and I had a little privacy in the front bedroom. I liked that I had my own sink and toilet and only had to share a shower with the boys. I loved being right on the beach and I could see the boys playing on the beach while I worked on my laptop on the balcony. We also loved the location on the beach- it was toward the end close to Henderson Beach Star park and much quieter than other areas of the beach. It was so nice to have chairs and an umbrella put out for us each morning. I would definitely stay here again!

A million dollar view

Shopping, restaurants, churches, are plentiful and a visit to Destin Harbor is a nice “to do’ activity. Looking forward to a return visit.
