Looking for a perfect vacation in an environment full of experiences and sights? But where a day off is never boring and where the vacation fun is guaranteed to continue despite unexpectedly bad weather? Then you've come to the right place!

• INTERIOR DESIGN, FURNISHINGS AND INVENTORY

There is a complete holiday flat on the ground floor, with living room, open-plan kitchen and two bedrooms with double bed (180 x 200) and each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have a cot (60 x 120) as standard. In the living room there is also a sofa that can easily be converted into a box-spring bed, with a fully-fledged and comfortable mattress and topper of 180 x 200. This holiday flat has a large balcony that extends across the entire width of the house.

On the upper floor is the second, fully furnished holiday flat with living room and open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms for three people with a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200), both with en-suite bathrooms. And there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a baby cot (60 x 120), also with its own bathroom. There is a large balcony at both the front and rear of the house, which extends across the entire width of the house.

The sauna area is also located on this level.

There are two further bedrooms on the top floor. Both with a double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). These bedrooms share the bathroom in the attic.

In the centre of the attic is the chill-out room, equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 200) so that it can also be used as an additional bedroom for 1 or 2 people.

Of course, all rooms and kitchens are fully equipped and furnished with all possible comforts!

The house has its own central main entrance, next to which the holiday flats can be locked separately if desired.

When the weather is fine, but certainly also on nice, dry winter days, every guest can enjoy themselves in the garden. A garden that is decorated like an exciting labyrinth with great Klein-Holland-Harz objects, in which there is plenty of entertainment and adventure for young and old in every corner, for example:

The group accommodation consists of several holiday flats under one roof. Our guests are always unanimously enthusiastic about the fact that the group accommodation has several separate living rooms in addition to the recreation room.

As a group, you can easily and quickly spend many enjoyable hours together, but there is also more than enough space to retreat in peace and quiet. Or, as our guests often jokingly say, even a longer stay can be spent together wonderfully in this way!

And where in winter, when Mother Hulda transforms the landscape into a white winter wonderland, the fun in the snow starts right outside the door and various ski areas are within easy reach, such as the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg in Sankt Andreasberg, the Wurmberg in Braunlage or the Bocksberg in Hahnenklee. There are also numerous smaller ski areas in the surrounding area.

Here, where in every season, both in the beautiful surroundings and in and around our cosy ‘Klein Holland Harz’, a wonderful holiday can be spent under the ‘Zaanse’ motto ‘Oit & Tois’, or as they say in Englisch ‘outside and yet at home’.
