The ultimate group accommodation with 3 holiday flats and a fantastically equipped lounge! Not only can you cook and eat together here, there is also a pool table, air hockey, darts, casino games, board games and much more!

All holiday flats and the lounge have been modernised and decorated with the Harz & Holland theme.

Max. 22 persons (16 persons included in the price, max. 6 persons additionally possible for an extra charge).

As there are no less than 3 living rooms and 3 kitchens, although you are probably happy to stay together in the lounge, you might as well retire for a while in peace and quiet.

Each living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, DVD player (without DVD) dining table and chairs.

There is also an open kitchen in each flat, equipped with hob (electric with 4 cooking zones), oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker (filter), kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc.

There is a locker in each flat which can be used free of charge.

All double beds are 180 x 200 box spring beds, the single beds and guest beds are 90 x 200. All beds are made on arrival.

All available bathrooms are equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet in the large lounge area.

EXTRA:

All holiday flats have a large private balcony.

The house has its own central main entrance, next to which all holiday flats can be locked separately.

The lounge with lots of entertainment for young and old is easily accessible from inside all holiday flats.

The large garden with lots of entertainment for young and old can of course also be used!

An upgrade for the stay of more persons then 16 persons (up to max. 22 persons in total) is possible for a fee per person until arrival.

When the weather is nice, every guest can have fun in our garden maze, which is equipped with great facilities, such as:

In addition, for those who want to recover from the Harz adventures around their holiday home, we offer a garden maze full of play and relaxation possibilities and even a swimming pool!

And if the weather is not so good, we also offer a range of entertainment options in the house, such as billiards, air hockey, darts, table football, a cupboard full of games, casino games, magic court for children and much more.

And where in winter, when Frau Holle transforms the landscape into a white winter fairy tale, the fun in the snow begins on your doorstep and various ski areas are within easy reach, such as the Matthias Schmidt Mountain in Sankt Andreasberg, the Wurmberg in Braunlage or the Bocksberg in Hahnenklee. There are also numerous smaller ski areas in the surrounding area.
