This quietly situated house with its three-star and four-star apartments and studios is surrounded by a 400m² site and is near the forest, not far from the marina (300 metres away).

All the apartments have central heating in all rooms and air conditioning with a cooling function in the hallway or in the living room (included in the rental price). Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are also provided, the latter in the house and in the garden.

The TV is on a shelf behind it. On the other side of the table there is the kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The air conditioning unit is in the hallway.
