Historical manor house with its own boat jetty, right by the waterside and in the west of the island of RĂŒgen
The estate is a historical manor house that was renovated elaborately in 2005, in accordance with its history. It is in the west of the island of RĂŒgen right by the water. There is a boat jetty leading from the 10,000mÂČ garden out into the water.
The house comprises a total of eight holiday apartments measuring between 50 and 90mÂČ, for two to six people. The house has a fireplace room with a library for quiet hours, festivities and gatherings, as well as a sauna area with a big relaxation room.
The surroundings and the site, located by the nature reserve, offer a range of recreational activities. You can enjoy relaxing and the sunshine in the 10,000m2 garden right by the water, with plenty of space for children to play. There is also an 80mÂČ sun terrace with deckchairs and tables. There is a little swimming and boat jetty and a ladder leading down into the water, right by the site. There are cosy and secluded grill areas in idyllic sports around the garden.
The viewing tower on the Hoch Hilgor hill, a 20-minute walk away, offers a beautiful all-round view over the island as far as Kap Arkona. There are two 18-hole golf courses within 20 minutes. You can go riding 5 minutes away. Plenty of Baltic Sea beaches, such as the 10-kilometre-long Schaabe beach, are easy to get to by car. You can go on hiking and cycling tours, as well as day trips to Hiddensee. You can go fishing in the marshes nearby, or by rowing boat, for eel, pike, carp etc.
The sauna, fireplace room, wireless Internet access, the big garden can be used free of charge.
Holiday apartment no. 6 is on the second floor of the manor house. The apartment for up to two people and measuring 54mÂČ has quality furnishing and consists of two rooms: a big living room with an open kitchen (quality Siemens appliances), a generous bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The floors are laid with oak parquet. The living room and balcony afford a very beautiful view of the water and the swimming and boat jetty.
The sauna, fireplace room, wireless Internet access, the big garden, a washing machine, a car parking space on site can all be used free of charge.
The apartment has a big balcony facing the garden and water, to the north-east. The balcony furniture is made of teak wood.
The manor house features a heritage-protected facade, renovated with great attention to detail, as well as a charming interior with some antique furniture items, and the use of high-quality and ecological building materials (e.g. teak wood flooring, antiallergenic paints).
