Policy Enforcement

While rare, repeated violations may result in removal from the property at the guest’s expense. Law enforcement may be involved if necessary.



Damage Waiver / Security Deposit



You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
