Munds Park is a quiet mountain community where respecting neighbors is important. We kindly ask that all outdoor lights, including porch and string lights, be turned off each evening and that quiet hours are observed.

This home has a **strict no-party and no-event policy**. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Any unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

The owners and local property management team live nearby and are available to assist during your stay while also ensuring that house rules are followed.

For your comfort and peace of mind, the home is equipped with a **whole-home backup generator**. In the event of a power outage, the generator will automatically restore power within just a few minutes, helping ensure your stay remains comfortable with minimal interruption.
