Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors throughout, a stylishly updated kitchen, and two cozy queen bedrooms plus a twin-over-queen bunk room—perfect for kids or friends to share. With room for up to seven guests, everyone has space to unwind.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, then settle onto the spacious porch to enjoy the ocean breeze. Down below, a shaded seating area offers a quiet spot to relax with a book or chat while the kids play nearby.

The home includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, WiFi, and linens for a stress-free stay. You’ll also have parking for up to three vehicles and a complimentary limo golf cart to make exploring the park a breeze.

Just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, The Surf Shack is the perfect place to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy simple, happy moments together by the sea.

Additional extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are also available for use during your stay!

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee of $15 per vehicle/per day. Guests will receive an email from Ocean Lakes Family Campground no more than 45 days before your stay with instructions to pay for parking. Guests who complete the parking authorization more than 10 days before their stay will receive a discounted parking rate. Parking fees must be paid directly to the park.

Rentals are a 3 night minimum, with the exception of June 1-August 3 which will be 5 night minimum.

Linens are included with your stay (sheets, bath towels, dish towel set).

High speed internet and WiFi is available throughout the cottage. Smart TV with Spectrum TV in the living room and Primary Bedroom including access to your streaming providers if you would like to login.

Complimentary limo golf cart is included with your rental. Please note that a Golf Cart Waiver/Liability agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
