This quietly located holiday home was fully renovated with original stones. It is 20 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bus from the beach.
The 400 mÂČ property is fully fenced in. You can cool of in the 10 mÂČ pool. The patio offers a comfortable spot for enjoying the sun or a barbecue.
The 60 mÂČ house is comfortably furnished and offers space for five people. It offers two bedrooms, both furnished with a double bed (180 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. There is an additional toilet outside. The spacious, open plan kitchen is furnished with a cosy sofa bed for one, a dining area and the kitchen unit with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker. The cupboard is stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. Upon request, a baby bath tub and a child's cot can be provided. The house has Wi-Fi, satellite television (national and international channels), electric heating, a wood oven and a fireplace. It is comfortably warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer.
A bus stop, servicing the beach, is close by. Restaurants, cafes, shops and ATMs can be found close by as well. It is 15 kilometres to both Gaia and Porto.
Pets are welcome. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children and pets.
