DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Little Martha Lake is a 34 acre lake located in Iron County. It has a maximum depth of 36 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The water is clear.

TRAILS:
Mercer has over 220 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and 100 miles UTV/ATV trails.

THE AREA:
Mercer is 10 miles to Manitowish Waters, 20 miles to Boulder Junction, 25 miles to Hurley, 35 miles to Minocqua, and 35 miles to Wakefield, MI. From the vast water wonderland of the 14,300-acre Turtle Flambeau Flowage to the far-reaching wilderness of the 74,500 acres of public forestland, Mercer offers authentic outdoor adventures that you will remember long after you’ve returned home. Whether you choose to explore on snowmobile, ATV, car, bike, boat, skis, or by foot, you are sure to discover the unending, unique fascination of the Northwoods.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Summer 2026: Booking 7 Night Stays (Friday to Friday) in the summer.
Shorter stays and flexible check-in and check-out days permitted for the rest of the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
