Backyard

The backyard includes outdoor seating areas. The outdoor space acts as a communal area for guests that are also occupying Unit C on the property. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy!

Linens

Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and hand towels are provided
Toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, and hand soap are provided. Please bring your own conditioner, shampoo etc.

Kitchen

Full kitchen with plates, glasses, mugs, silverware, knives, pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking trays, microwave, toaster, Keurig. K cups are also provided for guests to enjoy.

Beach Badges

Four (4) Beach Badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. All beach badges must be returned or there is a $125.00 fee applied to your stay for each badge not returned.

Beach Items

Four (4) beach chairs, and beach towels are provided. The beach chairs are stowed away inside of the dock box in the backyard closest to Unit B. All beach chairs must be returned undamaged or there is a $150.00 fee applied to your stay for each chair not returned.

Parking

Street parking is free for any open spots that do not have “Reserved Parking” signs present. There is also free parking conveniently located on Bay Boulevard which is one block from this property. Within this description is an aerial photo of where the Bay Boulevard parking is located. Please do not park in the neighbors assigned parking space which has a "Reserved Parking" sign.

House Rules

There is no smoking in the home. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent the home for proms, parties or events. We do not allow pets.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. Please do not play music loud, be courteous to your neighbors. Please no underage drinking, subleasing, or rearranging furniture. Must be 25 and older to rent and must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. Please place all bagged garbage into the exterior trash can which is located on the side of Unit B.

Entertainment

Smart TV in the living room. Feel free to sign into your own streaming services. Do not forget to sign out! Wi-Fi is included - the network and password are provided inside of the home upon arrival.

Library

In the master bedroom you will find a small library. This library is meant to serve as “Give a book, take a book”. So please help yourself and read any book you would like! If you decide to take a book and keep one for yourself to bring home, please leave one of your books behind for others to enjoy! Be courteous!

Security and Access

There are exterior security cameras on the property. We have exterior cameras for safety to monitor house occupancy and observance of quiet hours. Cameras do not capture any activity in the home.

The keyless entrance is at the rear of the house. Prior to your arrival, I will set your code to the last 4 digits of your phone number used on file. Any issues, there is a lock box on site, and you can reach out for assistance!

Guests will be provided with the access code the day of check in. Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms, and CO alarms are located inside of the home.

Pick up days: Mondays & Fridays

Pick up days: Tuesdays

**June 20 to Labor Day**

Pick up days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Pick up days: Tuesdays

Please read the Seaside Heights Brochure in each unit. All trash must be bagged. Do not bag recyclables. For guests with longer stays, utilize the above schedule. For guests with shorter stays, persons may come onto the property to bring the trash to and from the curb. Trash/Recycle pick up could be as early as 4am. Cans cannot be placed on the curb before dark the night before. Cans shall be removed from the curb as soon as possible after the town completes the pick-up.
Cans are on the side of the home behind the white fence.

Please before booking, make sure the rental complies with STRP Seaside Heights Rules. No bookings for prom/graduation parties; if booked and your group is non-compliant to STRP Seaside Heights Rules, the rental is subject to denial of entry without a refund. This rental shall follow any and all Seaside Heights Borough Ordinances.
