ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES
The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driverâs license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of ageâno exceptionsâand must provide a copy of their valid driverâs license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.

Welcome to Restful Dwelling. Weâre your hosts, Aleisia and Eric Rouse. We live in Louisville Kentucky, home of the Kentucky Derby. We've been Prominence owners ourselves for over 8 years and are humbled to assist our neighbor Karina in managing her Prominence home.
Our family has vacationed in the Destin and 30A area for more than 20 years. When we first discovered 30A about a decade ago, we instantly fell in love with its peaceful atmosphere, sugar-white beaches, and beautiful bike paths. Time here has always felt like a gift to our family.
