Welcome to Colwell Cottage, a thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom home tucked at the end of a dead-end streetâjust a 15-minute walk to downtown Brevard. This home offers the comfort of a well-maintained residence with the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, breweries, and galleries.
Inside, the cottage features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with high ceilings that make the space feel bright and connectedâideal for families, traveling professionals, and longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, marble-style countertops, and everything you need to cook at home: pots, pans, dishware, glassware, utensils, spices, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and ice maker.

- Bedroom 2: Full bed
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
All beds are outfitted with 800-thread-count sheets and memory foam mattresses. The home includes quality bath towels, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing pad for a comfortable, extended stay.

Love the nature, explore, camp, hike and go to the woods as much as I can. There is no better place to do it than in WNC where I call home for over 10 years. My family and I live in Brevard and it is easy to supervise our place and make sure our guests are more than pleased with the service provided. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose this neighborhood because of its walkable, close-to-town setting and how easy it makes everyday life. When this was our first home, being able to walk into town with our children made a huge differenceâparks, the public library, local errands, and downtown Brevard were all easily accessible, even with a stroller.
The neighborhood feels established, friendly, and convenient, with a calm residential feel while still being just minutes from shops, restaurants, and community spots. What we enjoy most is how connected everything feels without sacrificing privacy or comfort.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
When you have gorgeous weather like in Brevard you want to spend as much time possible outdoors. We have a fire pit and creek on the back where you can enjoy wildlife on the other side of creek. We have a white squirrel that crosses and visits our back yard quiet often.
