Spacious newly updated guest apartment with own driveway and parking area. One level apartment without stairs. Outdoor hose for bike rinsing and ample covered area for storing.
We enjoyed our trip to Brevard so much! This was the perfect place to stay! We loved the location- close to Pisgah and close to downtown Brevard.
The place was super clean, had everything we needed! We really appreciated the washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
This was perfect for my daughter & I to take a quick getaway. Everything needed is there, clean, peaceful & great communication with owners! It feels secluded enough that you have privacy but close enough to anything needed whether itâs site seeing, restaurants or stores. Absolutely would stay again!
A beautiful place with all the amenities you need. The hosts were so accommodating and I would be grateful to stay here again. We will definitely be back!!
We came to see some waterfalls and we did! Also my boyfriend purposed to me here so I might be bias. This is an amazing place to stay. 10/10 would recommend
My friend and I checked in at 9:00, pm, we had trouble getting the tv started, the owners stay on the property so they came as soon as we called, very nice. They told us about the area. We loved the area! Very nice for hikers and bikers, close to the places we visited, pretty place, downtown Hendersonville and Brevard.. Pisgah Forest was beautiful too! I would recommend staying here with friends, family or a retreat with your spouse.
We had a great stay at Dennis and Julieâs place. The space was a perfect size for my wife and I for our long weekend. Communication with Dennis was excellent and his recommendations for local hikes and breweries were perfect for us. Highly, recommend if you are looking to stay just outside of town.
An absolutely wonderful long weekend in Pisgah Forest. Only a short drive to downtown Brevard or the Brevard Music Center. Very accommodating hosts are most welcoming. We will return soon.
Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage. We pleased from the first turn of the key. It was very clean, bright, well-stocked, comfortable and the tucked away location just minutes from town could not have been better. We would stay again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy time in your delightful town.
Perfect place for one person or a couple. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Had everything I needed for my stay including a washer and dryer. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the outside patio was a nice bonus Great location and a short distance to Oskar Blues Brewery and in the other direction a short distance to downtown Brevard.
It was great our VRBO was perfect and cozy, clean and close to town. It was just as described. Beds were VERY comfortable, I would highly recommend this rental!! We also saw a white squirrel walk up the driveway while we were drinking coffee on the patio, that was so awesome!!!
We loved our stay at this updated guest cottage. The location was perfect - close to Brevard downtown and restaurants and convenient to waterfall hiking. Very quiet neighborhood with an amazing covered back patio. Perfect for coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evenings under the party lights. Even saw one of Brevardâs famous white squirrels! The cottage was roomy and light-filled with lots of windows. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. Even had a walk in closet in the bedroom so we didnât have to work around suitcases. And the washer/dryer was perfect after muddy waterfall hikes! All in all, a perfect place to stay! Weâll be back!
My college-aged daughter and I stayed at this cottage for an extended weekend. The property was serene and private, and we saw Brevard's famous white squirrels on the driveway up to the house! The cottage was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The space was thoughtfully designed and outfitted with comfortable bedding, cozy throw pillows, and enough cookware to enjoy a few meals together. I really appreciated the lack of clutter that I've sometimes experienced in rental properties - There were no knick-knacks, extra kitchen items, or anything to make the cottage feel like it wasn't ours. Just room to relax and enjoy each other's company! Thanks for a great say!
The first thing I noticed when I drove up was the fire pit was already set up and ready to light. When leaving, the covered area made loading the car in the rain so much easier. Inside is very clean and comfortable. Lots of space to put our things. Cold water in a Britta water pitcher to fill your bottles. Easy drive to town and Pisgah. Great communication and a wonderful suggestion for a hike. Absolutely would stay again! Just a couple of FYIs: was perfect for my husband and I, but may be a bit tight for 4 adults. There's coffee for the first day, and salt and pepper, so you'll need to bring anything else- but definitely worth it!
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The space was perfect for our family of four. We brought our 2 kids (10 and 12 years old). We had a great time!
I was so impressed with how CLEAN and well maintained the property was. The property was nicely updated, wonderfully decorated and super cozy. I was impressed with the decorations, the choice of bedding and how efficient everything was set up in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. The living space was perfect for our family of four. I appreciate that the space had enough furniture to accommodate us without being over crowed with furniture. You can tell that the owner thought through the set up of the entire space (which was not lost on me). Also, we truly enjoyed the out door space as well. We lit the fire each night (which was my son's favorite activity). The outside patio had a hammock which both kids enjoyed and we were able to eat dinner and play board games outside on the table. The outdoor space felt private and relaxing.
We were close to Dupont National Forest (~ 20 min) where where we hiked the trail to Triple Falls and High Falls. It was a great hike! After our hike, we decided to go to Jeter Mountain Farms (an apple orchard) - this was an awesome destination and really close to the Dupont National Forest. We were able to eat BBQ, try their hard cidars, apple slushies, apple donuts and pies and buy their homemade products. You can also pick apples right off the trees.
Thank you for a great stay!
