• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.
• The process requires the last 4 digits of the primary guest’s SSN for identity verification.
International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.
This verification is required by building management in order to grant access to the property, so all steps must be completed prior to check-in.
All guest information is handled securely through the third-party verification service and is not shared with the host or management team.

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval
✔️ $25 pet fee per pet, per night
Pet Rules:
✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit
✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated
✔️ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
✔️ Please clean up after your pet (indoors and outdoors)
✔️ Excessive noise, barking, or disturbances must be avoided
✔️ Any damage, odors, or pet-related mess requiring excessive cleaning will result in an additional $350 deep cleaning fee

Exterior camera located at the unit door frame only.

A $50 charge will apply if equipment is unplugged .
🧺 Laundry:
Each unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Additional shared washer and dryer are available on the 5th floor of the building for guest use.
🚮 Trash & Recycling :
Trash and recycling rooms are available on every floor.
Please dispose of waste properly during your stay.
🚗 Parking:
- Free street parking only
- Please follow all posted city signage.
- Do not block driveways, alleys, or loading zones.
🔑 Key Fob Notice
• A building key fob is provided for elevator and shared amenity access.
• Lost, unreturned, or damaged key fobs will incur a $200 replacement fee.
• Please keep the key fob with you throughout your stay and return it according to the checkout instructions.
