Our family lives in Texas but our hearts are firmly in the mountains of Both of us (Sujata and Jayant) are IT professionals living in Texas. We have two wonderful boys. We love skiing, hiking, biking, camping and spending time in nature. We visited South Fork on multiple family vacations and fell in love with it. In addition to the outdoors, we love the charm of small towns and friendly neighbors - in fact, the biggest selling point of South Fork for us was that it is far from any major airport! We finally built this home so our family could enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado. South Fork also takes the pleasure of Working From Home to new heights. Thanks to excellent fiber connectivity, we can work productively without having to take vacation. And our children cannot get enough of all the activities that South Fork and its surrounding areas have to offer. Our family loves quiet, scenic vacation spots far from large airports and loud, boisterous crowds. We have rented homes in South Fork many times and loved it more and more each time. Every trip, we dreamt of owning a home here and now we do! This piece of paradise boasts a huge riverfront lot for fishing, rafting, or picnics, incredible vistas in every direction, hiking in the Rio Grande forest, and skiing at Wolf Creek pass.

This luxurious two-master-suite property is perfect for two families or families with grown children. It can sleep up to 14 people - 10 in the four bedrooms and 4 more in the Great Room and the loft. The town of South Fork offers grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. Wolf Creek Ski Resort is within 15 miles. Ski equipment can be rented in South Fork if required.
