This four-bedroom, three-bathroom, home is a fully equipped duplex with everything you need for a perfect family vacation. With steps away from the beach access, a recently refinished pool and spa, everyone will be satisfied. Not only is the location perfect, it is ideal for sharing your vacation with extended family and friends. This home has two separate floors – with two kitchens and two comfortable living spaces!

The first floor is its own private apartment. It contains a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room (with a large flat screen tv), and a king bedroom. The bedroom features a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is even a washer and dryer! It is a perfect space for grandparents, couples, or families with young children.

On the second floor you are greeted with a relaxing screened in porch. The perfect place to have morning breakfast or a nightcap. As you enter, the kitchen is straight ahead. To the left of the kitchen is another washer and dryer. The living room is to the right with a large flat screen TV. As you continue into the home, the first guest bedroom is on the right. This room is equipped with queen bed and flat screen TV. Across the hall is a full bathroom. The next guest bedroom is located on the right and has two queen beds. The master suite is located on the left, it has a king sized bed with its own private full bathroom. Just when you thought it couldn’t possibly get better, EVERY bedroom has a TV!

Interested in seeing the famous Harbor Town Lighthouse? Elderberry is about a half mile away from the Sea Pines Plantation entrance! It is also a short walk/bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Here you can eat, sip, and shop. There are bike paths all across the island that make the island, rider and pedestrian friendly.
