Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Even over the course of nine nights, we never ran out of things to do. Beds are really comfortable as are the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is nicely stocked and made for easy food prep. The kayaks, hot tub, grill, and fire pits all terrific. The dock furniture is a nice touch too. Words to the wise:Josh’s Farmers Market has incredible seafood, produce, pies, quiches, and other baked goods. Seaboy, Caruso’s, Kindred, North Harbor Grill, Hello Sailor, Deep Well, Ilios, and Epic Chop House are all solid restaurant choices. Visits to downtown Davidson and Mooresville are time well spent. Mooresville Arts is a nonprofit gallery has first rate art exhibits. Shop & Save is a quality butcher shop and Linden’s Bakery is highly recommended.

Nine nights with the kayaks, hot tub, and fire pits never getting old, that's Lake Norman done fully! Your restaurant and market guide, from the Farmers Market to the Bakery, reads like a local's handbook and will genuinely serve future guests. We'd love to welcome the family back for round two!

This house is absolutely wonderful, 10 stars. Very clean, terrific location right on the lake. The neighborhood is very peaceful yet still close to shops and restaurants.We enjoyed the beach like entry to the lake and used the kayaks many times.Very nice, big kitchen, the beds were super comfy and the upstairs bathroom is like a spa. Everything is upscale in this home.We will definitely be returning.

The house was beautiful andperfect for us and in a great location. Lakeview was exceptional, as the house sits directly across the lake from Trump national golf course and you can see one of the greens which sits right on the water. Many gorgeous homes in this area. Host was great about everything and timely with responses.The only thing disappointing at all was that we thought we saw online that they also had two paddle boards on the property for our use in addition to two kayaks. When we got there, only the kayaks were therefore our use, but it was still a lot of fun. We never even used the hot tub or the fire pit due to the weather, but both looked very inviting. Best part of all was the private little beach this property offered… this worked out great for our two-year-old granddaughter to build Sandcastles and for us to sit and look at the lake or watch family members kayak.

Sandcastle afternoons on your own private beach with your granddaughter sound like a memory of the trip! We're glad the lake views across to the green delivered, and we've noted the paddleboard discrepancy to make the listing accurate. The hot tub and fire pit will be waiting for better weather. Beautiful Home, perfect location

Rented this beautiful home for a weekend getaway for my hubby’s 50th birthday and it was perfect. Can’t say enough about the house, absolutely gorgeous and the view of the lake was breathtaking every morning! We will definitely book this one again!

Has it All

This lake is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in and we do this every year! Beyond the feel of a luxury resort in each and every room, the kitchen, the living room all of it is well appointed comfortable and has a view from just about every single room! The communication was incredible. The house has it all. It was a wonderful, wonderful stay.!

Excellent communication, beautiful home!

This home was beautiful, but very comfortable. It was very quiet, as well. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great...everything was spot-on, including the communication with the host, who was able to accommodate some special needs for us. All in all, an absolutely perfect experience, we highly recommend it!!

A dream weekend!

The property was perfect for our weekend. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it more. It has almost anything you would need for a great getaway. The view from the master every morning was amazing! Spacious and clean. We will for sure come back.

The house was way above expectations…. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the house was even better than the pictures and very clean! Staylakenorman had the check in process made so easy and they gave us excellent information about the house and the surrounding areas. The kitchen there was AMAZING, every single drawer or cupboard was labeled with what was in it which made cooking for a large family very enjoyable. The hot tub was wonderful…clean and plenty large enough. The dock and kayaks were awesome as well. The bedrooms were large and the beds were supremely comfortable. They even had a Rosemary bush on the back patio to pick a little bit from and put on our steaks. This place was SUPERB!

Beautiful Lakeside Property

This house looks like it was built yesterday and all the details were carefully considered to maximize enjoyment. Fire pit on the beach, salt water hot tub with swinging arm for conveniently removing and replacing the cover, open living space design perfect for entertaining, and perfect bathroom to bedroom ratio. Great location on the lake.

Beautiful Vacation Home

This home was very cozy and relaxing. The view was amazing! The price of the cleaning fee is so expensive that I would expect the house to be spotless but there were a couple areas in the house that were missed. However, I would definitely come back.

gorgeous comfortable lake house!

Wow what an amazing weekend! We rented this home for my husbands 50th birthday, to have a place for his friends/family to stay and enjoy. And boy did they! The property was gorgeous with all the amenities of a 5 star resort! Crisp linens, fluffy white towels, comfortable furniture and everything you need to cook up a great meal! Would definitely rent this place again!

AMAZING!!!

This was one of my favorite houses that we have rented! It's close to all of the local stores (grocery, wine, Costco) and it was wonderful having a private dock. We also rented a boat from "Stay at Lake Norman" and it was perfect. The house is located in a nice cove that allows for skiing and other water sports without being out in the wide open part of the lake. You can even fish right off the dock; we caught perch, bass, and catfish. I love the open layout of the house and the sunset views were stunning.

Lake house

We couldn’t unlock the front door during our stay. We had no internet the entire time which was hard to work remotely. Our stay was great besides those two issues. The house was great and the view was great as well.
