Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outdated pictures online. The view is apparently seasonal or at least that is what I was told on the phone. We had no view due to the overgrowth of trees. There are now flatscreen tvs but no streaming . The couches in the living room are uncomfortable and broken down. The cabin was very clean. It is satellite tv with parental controls blocking certain things.

Very nice cabin

The only issues were no large saucepan, one of the burners didn’t fit right and any pan put on there would lean, and lastly a couple of the skillets the teflon coating was coming off. Other than that it was a wonderful cabin and definitely would stay there again.

Spacious, quiet mountain cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was in a great location for Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. It was quiet and spacious and we enjoyed the wrap-around deck with outdoor seating. Great spot for your morning coffee! Only concerns would be we were a little warm because the AC couldn’t be turned below 70 degrees and the upstairs bed was uncomfortable but downstairs fine. Overall, great time. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Perfect getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time we arrived until the time we left, everything was perfect. The cabin had everything you need. Very remote yet fifteen minutes to a grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg. The only issue we had was that the perfect view was obscurred by the dirty ceiling to floor windows in the front of the cabin.

Relaxing Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful relaxing week in this cabin. Truly the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. Furniture was ok - well used but clean. Kitchen had most of what you needed. Would have liked a larger frying pan as we cooked all week but it was fine. We would stay in this cabin again. Really didn't want to leave. There was only 2 of us - so we only used the main floor. We would happily stay here again. Thank you! PS - we did see a bear up in the trees outside the front door the first full day we were there. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: I went to the Elk Springs Resort and stayed in the cabin called a Slice of Heaven it was all I expected and more swear it was clean furnished beautifully jacuzzi comfortable beds...we went out to check the jacuzzi and discovered the light on the porch had blown we called maintenance and they were there within 15 minutes...they cabin had everything we needed I definitely am going back.....swear

I do have to point out that due to the trees having grown very high, the mountain view is obstructed so new photos should be taken. After leaves have fallen, there should be a view. You can hardly even see the 2 cabins clearly seen in the photos. This should be advertised as very secluded and you have total privacy from the back as.well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The cabin was cozy, beds comfortable, and cable tv in all bedrooms was great. Loved the open floor and outdoor seating areas on the porch. Was disappointed in the hot tub as we were really looking forward to it. It was outdated, small for 4 people, and the jets barely worked. Took hours to heat up. Customer service was good.
