Family-friendly luxury home steps away from Chapman Beach!

Discover the beauty of Westbrook (or stay barefoot from morning to night in this private beach community) from our spacious and stylish house. Guests enjoy a beautiful space featuring two large second-floor bedrooms, each with it's own en-suite bathroom, plus an oversized third-floor primary bedroom with bathroom, and also a separate seating room with balcony. One bedroom has a full size bed and a lovely balcony with lounge chairs. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunkbed. The primary bedroom on the top floor has a King size bed. There are a total of four bathrooms in the home, all en-suite except for the first floor bathroom off the kitchen. There is a walk-out finished basement with a ping pong table, making it easy to come in and out from the beach. The open outdoor shower is next to the basement door. The kitchen is very large with plenty of storage and a round dining table. There is a porch off the kitchen and it extends into a deck with a grill, for ultimate lounging where ever you choose. There are adirondack chairs on vast lawn as well as a great trampoline and basketball hoop for the kids to enjoy. This home is about a minute walk to the water! It is a true beach retreat where family and friends can spread out, enjoy some quiet time and come in and out from the beach all day long. Linens are from parachute and furniture, accents and artwork are all tastefully curated. I am new to renting it out and ask that you respect our family home as you would your own.This is primarily a home I share with my two children and it is not a rental property for most of the year.
