MAISON AVANT OCEAN AVEC VUE SPECTACULAIRE sur Duck Island et Long Island Sound. L'avant de la maison fait face au marais salant de la riviÚre Menunketesuck et à la marina de Pilots Point qui crée les vues les plus pittoresques qui dureront toute une vie.

La maison de plage est un chalet de charme de 1 368 pc situé sur une plage de sable privée. Le .10 Acres Gravel Lot offre un parking pour plus de 6 voitures sans problÚme, donc le divertissement n'est jamais un problÚme avec votre location de plage.

Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis l'arriÚre de la maison en vous asseyant sur votre terrasse privée.

Les enfants seront captivés lorsqu'ils joueront sur leur plage privée tout au long de la journée, puis la nuit pendant que votre famille s'assoit prÚs du foyer en profitant de la parfaite soirée d'été.

The beach is steps out your back door! The kids had a great time fishing, crabbing and walking to the sandbar. It was a relaxing week spent with family!

We had such a great time at this beach house in Westbrook! The house was super clean and everything worked just the way it should. Being right on the Sound was amazing—easy swimming and tons of fun at the beach. We even did a fire pit one night with s’mores, which was a perfect way to end the day.There was plenty of room for our group of 8, and we loved hanging out under the pergola together. The first-floor bedroom was a little on the small side, but it wasn’t a big deal. The location is awesome—close to good restaurants and shopping, and you really can’t beat being right on the water.The weather was sunny for two out of the three days we were there, so we really made the most of it. Overall, it was such a fun and relaxing spot—we’d definitely come back!

Great house for all ages

My family had a fantastic stay. We had age ranges from 1-70 years old and the house really suited everyone’s needs. You can’t beat the location to be able to walk out your door onto the sand!

Great getaway!

Family had a great time at the beach house. Having the beach in the back yard was wonderful. Plenty of parking was also a bonus. Took the kiddos to Essex Steam train, only about 20 minutes away.

Beach house 2022

Truly Fabulous!

Absolutely wonderful! House was clean beautiful new floors and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was quick to reply and the neighbors were friendly. The sand was so soft the water was so refreshing. We planned to travel to the OBX but due to travel restrict we stayed local. Best decision ever. We enjoyed this place so much we will be back. Can't wait to return!

We were so lucky to find a property available for a few days our families were available but for it to be this property was icing on the cake! The location is perfection. Right on the beach in a great neighborhood with a beautiful backyard patio/private beach right near the jetty. The house has been updated and is gorgeous. It's spacious and fit our two families easily. It was clean, comfortable and equipped with all of the essentials. Our only complaint was that we didn't have a longer stay so we booked next year's stay as soon as we got home!

Another Great Stay

Our second summer renting this home and while the weather was not on our side it was still a wonderful time. The location really cannot be beat, especially for the price. The true sandy beachfront is enjoyable no matter the tide, so many other homes on this beach lose their beach at high tide. Fishing, the sandbar and the pier were big hits and the neighbors were very nice and friendly. The kitchen has everything you need and it’s a wonderful stay for a large group or family. We had ten adults showering in a row and never ran out of hot water! Would highly recommend this home and we look forward to coming back for summer number three. David was friendly, responsive and helpful.

disappointed

upon arrival the bathroom was left used and unflushed , the downstairs bedroom was musty and smelled until we removed rug that was source of odor. The overall cleanliness was subpar. upstairs tv's either didn't work or no remote. used soaps were left in both showers. charging premium price for location is no excuse for lack of quality of cleanliness. The grill was disgustingly dirty and greasy afraid to cook on it

Family Vacation 2025

This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!

All the Beachy Vibes

This was the best place to celebrate my family member’s 60th! Being right on the water was amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, the beachy air and the outdoor setting. Inside was clean and adorable. The bunk beds were much larger than appears in the picture. If you want a little getaway to enjoy the salty air, I highly recommend! The owner was very timely in getting back regarding any questions I had and was friendly.

Tranquil oasis

This is the perfect, beautiful tranquil oasis for a family with all age groups - relaxing, and being together to swim, shell, go crabbing, biking, etc. It doesn’t get any better than this, to be able to walk out the back door and be on the beach!

We had a wonderful time!

Wow, the cottage is perfectly located on the sound. The water was calm and shallow for the kids to play safely. The beach is the backyard. The house was clean, the beds were made, there were plenty of shower and beach towels. David responded quickly. We would love to return! Thanks so much for making our 1st vacation with our close friends perfect!
