The Ultimate SLC Studio is truly a high-end getaway. The studio has very tall ceilings with two skylights for natural light. The original wood beams were restored and give a very rustic/industrial look to the studio.
The unit has a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, full walk in curbless shower, a very nice king size bed and mattress, and even an electric fireplace, all very rare for studio units.

This studio apartment was in complete disrepair when it was purchased. Everything needed to be replaced and it had substantial structural issues. To restore old homes is my passion and this project, although difficult at times, was a labor of love.
NOTE - There is an attached main home separate from the studio apartment. Only shared space is the backyard (and all backyard amenities) and some of the parking. MORE info below in GUEST ACCESS. I personally love airbnbs where there are other units nearby. I created the backyard with multiple different spaces so guests/travelers could interact with one another but also have their own space.. the way airbnb was originally made for.
This studio boasts a full kitchen, high end kind bed, electric fireplace, exposed wood beams, and even a curbless walk in shower.
The backyard is an entertainerâs dream that includes TWO firepits (one wood burning and another gas), a hot tub, a turf patch with outdoor seating, a hammock, and even an outdoor dining table for 6.
This studio has been fully transformed to the modern/industrial look it has today.

The bathroom is very sleek and has a curbless walk in shower with shower glass panel.
Living Room -
There really is no designated living room in the unit but there are two leather chairs in front of the electric fireplace for you to enjoy. There is also a 2 person bistro table to sit at. There is also a 45ââ Smart TV by the fireplace.
Laundry -
There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.
Exterior/ Driveway (SHARED WITH MAIN HOME) -
1. You are able to park ONE car off street close to the studio. Main home will also use the garage and some of the parking space on driveway. If you have a large vehicle or truck shoot the host a message to make sure you wonât have any issues getting in and out. Free street parking regardless!
2. Backyard is almost fully fenced except for the driveway area.
3. The front and backyard are completely gravel. There is only a small turf patch in the backyard. There is no real grass on the property.
Backyard (SHARED WITH MAIN HOME)-

As mentioned above, this property is an entire studio apartment. There is an attached single amity home that is completely separate from your unit and has itâs own separate entrance as well. The units are separated with a. Solid door and an insulated wall. With it being a 100+ year old home you may hear some noise travel between units but it should be minimal. The studio is attached to the main home. There are no floors above or below the studio. If you have any issues with noise reach out to your host.
You will be given off street parking spot near the studio. The concrete pad in front of the garage is shared with the main home. The long driveway must stay clear so that both units can use it to enter and exit. If you have a large vehicle or truck shoot the host a message to make sure you wonât have any issues getting in and out. Free street parking regardless!
Backyard and ammenities is entirely shared with the main home.

PET RULES AND FEES:
MY pet fees are different than the standard Airbnb platform pet fees. Airbnb does not allow me to do a nightly rate for the pet fee, they only for the entire stay. The PET fee is not included in the booking. As a pet owner myself, I don`t like getting charged high pet fees for short stays, that is why I created my own separate per-night pet fee to be added after booking. I am also willing to be reasonable on the pet fee for longer stays. Ultimately I am not trying to be sneaky about the pet fees but I want to try to make the fees fair for all guests with pets who come for short stays or for long!
We allow (3) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total after booking (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you donât allow pets on furniture). You accept full liability for your pets.

For your safety and peace of mind, this property is equipped with advanced meth detection sensors. These devices monitor the air for even the slightest trace of methamphetamine and will immediately alert me if any is detected. This system is in place to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all guests. Iâm committed to providing meth-free housing so you can feel confident and comfortable during your stay.
Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, roaches or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
1) LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2) Occupancy limits: Please make sure to message your host if you are having over 2 guests or people who will be visiting. Each guest must be on the reservation.
3) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property.
There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE if you are there longer or arrive earlier than you have been authorized causing the cleaner to have to wait for you or be rushed. I care about my cleaners very much and their time is valuable :)
Enjoy the firepit but be sure to keep it clean after use and extinguish your fire! If using the gas firepit ALWAYS turn off the propane after use.
4) Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM. Be a good neighbor!

6) I donât allow mail delivery as this unit has no mailbox. Please use Amazon locker or equivalent. Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.
7) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
8) All events at the property must be discussed with the host and will involve event rate pricing. The driveway has tons of parking space!
9) HOT TUB:
To ensure a clean and safe hot tub experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
a) Cleanliness: Before entering the hot tub, please rinse off any dirt, oils, and lotions. This helps keep the water fresh and sanitary.
b) Food & Beverages: Do not bring food or drinks into the hot tub to avoid spills and contamination.
c) Supervision: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a sober, responsible adult at all times.
d) Daily Maintenance: After each use, add a small baggie of shock (provided in the ammo box) to the hot tub, then run the jets for a few minutes. Remember to turn off the jets afterward. This simple step helps maintain water quality during your stay. Keep shock baggies out of reach of children and pets.
e) Excessive Cleaning: If the hot tub is left in an unsatisfactory condition, an additional cleaning fee of $125 may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests.
By following these rules, all guests can enjoy a clean and inviting hot tub. Thank you for helping us keep the hot tub safe and fresh.
