Butler Manor Carriage House est un appartement autonome entouré de jardins, sur un domaine. Ce cottage à une chambre / une salle de bain est un excellent exemple de l’architecture élisabéthaine anglaise tudor avec une surface habitable d’environ 840 pieds carrés. Il est à 15 minutes des montagnes de ski Alta, Snowbird, Solitude et Brighton - à 30 minutes de Park City, Canyons et Deer Valley, à 45 minutes de SUNDANCE. Et à seulement 15 miles du centre-ville de SLC.

Les installations comprennent une grande terrasse avec une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée et la montagne, un bain à remous extérieur commun. cheminée, planchers de bois franc, cuisinière à gaz, appareils en acier inoxydable, télévision par câble, DVD, wifi, barbecue, buanderie, parking

Le chalet est entouré d'un jardin anglais d'un demi-acre avec un verger et une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur Salt Lake City et les montagnes Wasatch.

La maison est à 1/4 mile de Cottonwood Recreation Center, où vous pourrez profiter des piscines intérieure et extérieure, patinage sur glace, racquetball, un centre de fitness, cours de toutes sortes et beaucoup plus de choses amusantes à faire. Il est également à distance de marche de la location de ski, une épicerie, pharmacies, et plusieurs restaurants.

Se il vous plaît noter que la chambre en mezzanine avec lit queen-size est accessible par un escalier grenier-comme déroulant et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit avec un lit double. Le bain à remous en plein air sur la propriété est partagée, bien que vous aurez probablement à vous-mêmes; maillots de bain sont obligatoires. Enfin, il ya deux chiens très doux sur la propriété qui appartiennent à la maison principale et part la cour. Si nous avons convenu d'un chien avant votre arrivée, il ou elle aura besoin d'une laisse et nous ne exiger que vous nettoyer après lui / elle.

A Slice of Heaven

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the way to Boise. The place was immaculate and very cozy with beautiful views of the city. I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through. Oh they have pear trees also, my dog really enjoyed those after she realized it wasnt a tennis ball.

Peaceful, Clean Get-Away with Easy Access to Canyons

We enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House and would stay again if we are in the area. The unit is very clean, has everything anyone would need for a short or long stay. The views are beautiful, the property peaceful and safe, and the location is conveniently close to grocery, Target, coffee shops, and the canyons for hiking. Check-in and check-out were simple. Communication was friendly, clear, and Jennifer and Kathy were quick to reply to any inquiries.

Charming home

We loved staying at the Butler Manor Carriage House! It was so different to our usual modern rental homes. It had so much old world charm and details in all the furnishing and decor, yet all the conveniences that we require for our family. Kathy was very responsive, and when we had a question about the TV, she sent Shane over right away to sort it out for us. It was an additional bonus that they had a jacuzzi in the yard and even provided robes to keep us warm while we got there! I would definitely recommend this guest house!

Fun experience

This is the first time that we rent an apartment with the bedroom setup at the attic. The main floor is a studio with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The laundry room is located in the garage downstairs. Outside of the main floor, there is a balcony with great view of Salt Lake City. The apartment was decorated for the holidays making us feel like our own home. I even made a XMas card by taking a picture of the decorations. Both Kathy the property manager and Jennifer the owner were very responsive and informative. The place is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The fireplace was very charming and useful. We cooked every dinner and entertained our guests. We will be staying again when we are back in town. Thank you Kathy and the Josephs Family!

Great place for a short stay

The property is exactly as listed. The reason I say it’s great for a short stay is that it’s definitely crowded for four adults, but we expected that going into it. The couch bed is a back killer. But - it’s a couch bed. There were issues with their new hot water heater during our stay. It would frequently go out and we’d have no hot water. The property manager was VERY quick to help, and when it was out of her hands, she would immediately arrange for a plumber to come ASAP. But it started happening everyday. She felt awful. They acknowledged the inconvenience and offered a substantial partial refund without us having to ask. It honestly could not have been handled better! Hot water hiccup aside, it’s a great place!

Just as pictured. VERY clean (there wasn’t even dust behind the couch or furniture). Beautiful views. Good beds. Clean hot tub. We flew in from WI for a long weekend ski trip and to visit family in SLC. Great location for ski resorts. Used the ski rental shop near-we walked there it’s that close. Two adults for the weekend and my brother stayed one night on the pull out bed. Will be my first choice for the next SKC trip.

Great property overlooking Salt Lake City

My son and I spent 4 nights at this amazing property for a Thanksgiving holiday. A beautiful home located right on the edge of Butler’s Bench overlooking the entire Salt Lake valley. Walk through double French doors onto a deck that provides stunning views of the valley, Salt Lake City and surrounding mountains. This is one of the most well appointed home’s I’ve ever stayed in, including a fully equipped kitchen, stylish antique furniture, and a gas stove. It’s 20 minutes from the airport, downtown, University, and ski resorts. I’ll be a repeat guest here.

Very convenient with Whole Foods and state liquor store being a block away and 20 minutes to Alta. On a main road but only heard noice a bit in morning and happy kids from elementary school on other side of rental. Well appointed and equipped. So cozy. Just used the pull out couch and it was fine. Will go back again. Ask for non perfumed laundry soap.

Nicely appointed garage apartment

Beautiful view, convenient location and helpful owner and manager. We took a break from our travel trailer to stay here for a week. The property manager helped with our trailer storage as the driveway is too narrow and steep to negotiate with a trailer. Only issue was the stairway to the loft which was a ladder.

Tranquil and Peaceful

Jennifer and her staff made me feel right at home. The grounds were like I just stepped into a European garden! I loved all the flowers and the main house is spectacular. The loft is above a 3 car garage separate from the main manor. It was so beautiful and the views were breathtaking. It was a Staycation for me and my doodle. My dog Ginger loved playing with Jennifer’s (host) dog Sheba. It was a perfect getaway just for fun! I didn’t want to leave. You won’t be disappointed in the quaint loft that is so so cozy and comfortable. It’s 5 minutes to grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, restaurants and the I-215 freeway. Perfect setting and immaculate grounds. Jennifer is such a sweetheart too. Always available and if she was busy, her son Shane was there to answer any questions too. I definitely give them a 5 Star score. I’d actually have to say they are above 5 Stars. Visit the Manor and you will agree!!!

Convenient location

Jennifer, husband Michael and adult son Shane were awesome. Very helpful with information about the area and generous with anything that was needed for the rental from the main house. Great communication. Highly recommend the hosts and the location. As other reviewers have mentioned there is a steep narrow attic fold down type staircase where the bedroom is located which may difficult for some renters to access. The bathroom is downstairs adjacent to the kitchen. The cleanliness rating was low though not the fault of the owners. The previous occupant checked out late, we were on time and the cleaning staff may have been pressured to be expeditious. We would definitely this location again.

We are located near the bottom of both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, extremely close to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton Resorts for all winter and summer activities and just 30 minute fro Park City. Spring and Summer we have thousands of gorgeous flowers in bloom on our property and fruit trees to enjoy.
